12. Your content and AI output
“Input” means what you submit (prompts, messages, files and images); “output” means what the models return to you. As between you and us, you keep the rights you have in your input and, to the extent the law allows, you own the output. We do not claim ownership of either.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and transmit your input and output, including sending it to the AI providers you choose, only as needed to run, secure and improve the reliability of the service for you and to comply with the law. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except where we must keep it by law.
We do not use your input or output to train AI models, and we do not sell it. AI providers process your requests under their own terms; see our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your input and that your input and your use of output do not break the law or these terms. Output may be similar to output that other users receive, may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and may contain material that belongs to others; you are responsible for how you use it. If you publish AI-generated images, video, audio or text that could mislead people into thinking it is real, label it as AI-generated.
